Around 400 organic food stores are already supplied by Vitafrais, the wholesaler set up only two and a half years ago to specialize in "ultra-fresh" perishable foods. Vitafrais with its headquarters in Reims offers a range of 2,000 articles, including milk products, meat and sausages, fish and other seafood. Vitafrais also specializes in Italian delicatessen foods, which are becoming increasingly popular, reports the magazine Du Sol à la Table. Another speciality is about to be added to the wide range of fish products: gluten-free frozen foods.
